RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns of unused products within 14 days of purchase. Upon receiving the returned item, Hydraulics and Pneumatics will issue a full refund.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Exclusions
  • Discounted items are not eligible for return.
  • Products purchased through our branch network cannot be refunded.
Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • Sealed and undamaged
  • In the original condition as received

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a restocking fee. Hydraulics and Pneumatics is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns, as return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items that do not meet our return criteria will not be refunded and will be disposed of appropriately.

Receipt of Return

A refund cannot be issued without actual receipt of the returned item(s) or proof of delivery.

Inspection Process

We aim to accept all returns. However, if an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, it may be returned to you. All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

International Orders

Refunds are available for orders from any country.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

After contacting us, we will provide you with the return address. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging of the returned items.
